Exchanges

Unsatisfactory Products

- Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable
Incident Reporting and Reimbursements
In the event of an incident such as damage during shipping or receiving an incorrect item, please notify us immediately via email at info@grazy.co. Our team will investigate the matter thoroughly.
Following our investigation, if the issue is validated, we will provide a reimbursement for the affected product(s). Reimbursements will be issued in the form of a store credit or a refund to the original method of payment, at our discretion.
